Weiler 1/2 Power Tube Brush, Pack of 10

The Weiler Power Tube Brush features a round wire design with a 1/2 inch brush diameter, 1 inch brush length, and 3-1/2 inch overall length. It is filled with durable steel and has a 0.005 inch filament/wire diameter. The brush also has a 3/16 inch stem diameter and is of the single spiral type with a single stem. Weiler offers a wide range of power and hand tube brushes specifically designed for internal cleaning and deburring tasks in tubing, pipes, drilled-and-tapped holes, and machined bores and passages.

Due to their twisted-in-wire construction, power tube brushes are recommended for use with low-speed power tools like drills, drill presses, CNC, and manual machine tools where RPM can be precisely controlled. They should not be used in reverse rotation to prevent the stem wire from unraveling.
